Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect their order while the courier is present.
If there is any issue with the product, you may refuse receiving it and only pay the shipping fees.

Partial Receiving

You may receive part of your order and return the remaining items if needed.

Exchange Policy

Items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
With all tags attached
Returned in the original packaging
Exchange Procedure

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the replacement order will be processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to exchanges.

Each order is eligible for a maximum of 2 exchanges only.

Return & Exchange Fees

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you can return it immediately upon delivery without paying any additional shipping fees.
